Match day 2 continued!
The young Stevan Jovetić stunned Liverpool with two first half goals. The Reds were perhaps unlucky in the second half but Sébastien Frey in goals for Fiorentina denied all attempts to breach his defenses.
Barca overcame Dynamo with relative ease in the end with a 2-0 score line.

Europe’s best are at it again and the competition is tough.
Inter and Rubin played to a one all draw. Taking into account that Rubin are the Russian Champs the Nerazzurri can’t be too disappointed.

The acrimonious battle between the bitter rivals Irvin Khoza and Danny Jordaan ended when they both withdrew from race for President of SAFA. FIFA had been concerned that this election would place the 2010 World Cup preparations at risk.
