FA Cup Fourth Round Previews and Predictions!

Stoke take on Arsenal

There are only 3 all premiership fixtures this round with all the other premiership teams looking to have fairly easy draws,  having said that Man Utd and Liverpool will Both be watching the next round after being kicked out by the Minnows!

Preston North End Vs Chelsea

Preston come into this fixture 17th in the Coca-Cola championship. They have only won 2 out of their last 10 matches and unfortunately i see their run continuing in this fixture. Chelsea will still be on their high from their 7 – 2 trouncing of Sunderland.

PREDICTION: Preston North End 1 – 4 Chelsea

Bolton Vs Sheffield United

This is going to be a humdinger of a match. Sheffield United have not lost in there last 4 matches and just came off a fantastic win Against Middlesbrough. Meanwhile Bolton had an embarrassing defeat to Arsenal in the Week after leading 2 – 0 eventually going down to 4 – 2. Bolton will be out to prove something but its going to be difficult to up show an on form Sheffield United

Prediction: Bolton 2 – 1 Sheffield United

Everton Vs Birmingham

One of the all premiership clashes sees hard-workers Everton taking on the Shock outfit of Birmingham City. Birmingham have gone into the new year with high spirits and currently find themselves in 8th place and could even be contending for a spot in Europe soon while Everton are a bit below them in 10th place but with the Everton players hitting form and haven’t lost a game in 6 outings.

Prediction: Everton 2 – 0 Birmingham

Tottenham Hotspur Vs Leeds United

Once the greatest team in the league, Leeds have now dropped a couple of divisions but in the last round proved that they still have BMT ( Big Match Temperament), knocking out Kings of England Manchester United. Tottenham have been wounded by being beaten by Liverpool 2 – 0 in the premier League although they are still sitting nicely in 4th spot. I think Leeds luck is up.

Prediction: Tottenham Hotspur 3 – 1 Leeds United

Stoke City Vs Arsenal

Arsenal should be known as the magicians because of their luck and fighting spirit this season. They have not given up in one match and proved it again against Bolton after being 2 nil down they came back to beat Bolton 4 goals to 2. Stoke find themselves in 11th Position and are beating most pundits expectations this season. I fancy Stoke for this fixture and think this will be the surprise result of Round 4.
