Joel Santana, the beleaguered South African national coach has quit.

Tonight sees South Africa pitted against one of the European minnows. Although Iceland is far below South Africa on the FIFA rankings it’s recent form against it’s more powerful neighbors should be giving Sanatana nightmares.

This weekend sees FIFA events worldwide.
The U-20s sees the quarters with the big ones, I guess, being Germany – Brazil and Korea and Ghana. But the rest of the games should all be crackers since there are a number of underdogs with little to lose and willing to play their heart’s out.
